About Me
I’m Jackie, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT #153852-Supervised by Mercedes Cusick, LMFT# 118720) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a background in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches. My therapeutic style emphasizes compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I focus on helping clients build strong, trusting relationships that allow them to explore their emotions, histories, and patterns safely.
I provide support for teens, adults, couples, and families, with a commitment to serving diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals. My work often centers around trauma, relationships, self-esteem, identity exploration, grief, and life transitions.
As an associate therapist, I practice under the supervision of Mercedes Cusick, LMFT (License #118720). Working with Mercedes allows me to integrate her expertise and guidance into my work, ensuring that my clients receive thoughtful, ethical, and well-rounded care.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward growth and healing.
