Support for Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like your mind never turns off.

You may overthink conversations, anticipate worst-case scenarios, struggle with sleep, or feel a constant sense of dread that you can’t fully explain. Panic attacks, racing thoughts, muscle tension, irritability-anxiety shows up differently for everyone.


Many of my clients are high-functioning and capable. On the outside, they appear calm and competent. On the inside, they are exhausted from managing constant worry.


Together, we work to:
• Understand the root of your anxiety
• Identify triggers and patterns
• Calm your nervous system
• Reduce catastrophic thinking
• Build emotional regulation skills


Anxiety often develops as a protective response. Instead of trying to “fight” it, we learn to understand it-and gently retrain your system to feel safer in the present.


Relief is possible. You do not have to live in survival mode.


In-person therapy for anxiety is available in Marin County with virtual  sessions throughout California.
